Ofil, ymye: I always felt like i was chasing time. And when we're in that state, i was a stress bag. So if you meditate at 11 o'clock at night, you've got all these ideas and it's great. We don't want to meditate too late at night because that wakes us up so much energy. As one of my students sais, she i don't have time not to meditate. You know, this is so important for me,. Because i am so much better at everything i do having invested that time.
