Is the International Court of Justice Always Respected, or Are They Always Impotent?
The uenza international court of justice asked russia to halt the invasion of ukraine. It said it hadn't found evidence to support russia's claim that krane was conducting genicide against russian speakers in the east of the country. A day later, russia rejected the ruling. And i wanted to ask you, are these rulings by theinternational court of justice ever respected, or are they always as impotent as they have been in this case? They're generally impotent. I mean, an excellent example would be the the same courts a ruling that the island of chagos belongs to maritius and therefore is illegal.
