Most of the money that goes to poverty relief is money spent by people in developing countries, governments and individuals. So i think actually, tarsit should not be seen as looking at at testing this pecific programme. They should be seen as testing big questions that can then influence policy. For example, you might test a specific projectn on education. All of the ones that worked were ones that got the teaching down from the ninth grade curriculum to a level that the kids could actually understand.
