What Are the Requirements for Closing?
The usual closing addition, regulatory approval, is one of the reasons you have a gap to signin closing im an a say. The other condition will be that the representations and warranties of the target for the seller, are true some level of materiality. When i say level materiality meaning if they're not true a little bit, then it doesn't count, and the buyer still has to close. I think its ver situations to seat.
