If you can create a high perceived value for your business, then price doesn't become an issue. People want to have a rough idea of what they're getting themselves into and so limit quantity in the office by limiting availability or time scale. If people are going to spend half an hour with each call because it's too expensive, that will knock on their self-doubts as well. The biggest friction with price is price; if your price isn't high enough to match your brand, then it creates a problem also.
