In principle it's possible. But in practice, it would require no in the quantum state of all these particles so you could propagate them back in time. And that would be essentially impossible, even with a quantum computer. The way they think you might be able to do it is to run a simulation of a black hole on a quantum computer. So then if you find a simulated black hole that has the same pattern of radiation as your real one, then you can peer inside and see this must have been what was inside the black hole.
