Building a Relationship With People
Leaders, before you go communicating this, you need to be modelling it. You cannot equip somebody and have them lead at higher levels unless you build a relationship with them. This is the foundation, i think, to all influence. We call it, john calls it level too. Thatt increase your influence by developing relationships. I'm not so sure it's a discipline of mine right now. And thank you for giving me a lot of cutos on it because i do believe that it is a strength of mind.
