Jeffrey Toobin: Having epiphanies is a good thing. Extrinsic motivation still an important lever. He says students are more likely to do it if you don't tell them to do it. Toobin: There's lots of research that just throws out the window. That doesn't actually mean people won't do it unless they're told by someone.
