The Platforms Are Giving Us What We're Asking Them to Give Us

TikTok has tightened what their algorithm flax over the last year or two. It's almost as if by sort of ratcheting up what gets flagged, it creates a false positive shadow banning problem such that black creators on TikTok and other platforms will routinely complain about racial inequities. So that's the thing. The platforms are giving us what we're asking them to give us but me so maybe they shouldn't and maybe we shouldn't ask them to.
