The Battle of Alexandra Nievsky

Alexandra Nievsky stood back on the eastern banks of the frozen Lamia, looking to entice a Livonian order into an attack. The attack came from the Livonian Centre and their trusted Teutonic Knights. They were followed by a collection of native Estonian and Livonian tribespeople alongside a contingent of Danes who themselves had control of the northern coastal lands of Estonia. It is likely that details have been embellished or altered to cast a different perspective on the nature of the battle. We have to be extremely careful about how we tell this story.
