There is a documentary about the development of Psychonauts 2 from Double Fine. They filmed for over six years and have over 5,000 hours of footage that they cut together. It's on YouTube, and it's on the Internet Archive. And it's 32 episodes. The min-max shows is in the documentary series at a certain point.
