Why I Love Kierkegaard So Much

Kierkegaard is a really uncompromising person and he's like truly truly unyielding about what he expects from people and from himself. Even those who admired his work in his own day usually he thought they were admiring it for the wrong reasons. I think to me he's like the patron saint of anyone who has ever had to suffer through their own personality. His own personality made life hard for him and I think in a strange way making life hard for other people was his way of having him.
