How to Start a Podcast

Tom Charity: I started the podcast three years, almost three years before the first special. The cool thing about that was those definitely started to feed each other. At one point, I think we had 20,000 listeners on the podcast,. That's not that many people. But if you're just trying to do like a one-nighter somewhere and you're like, hey, I'm going to Chicago. And you know, of those 20,000 people listening, you might have like about 1000 in Chicago. You might be able to get 400 of them to come out. It helps the club.
