C O G, Continuity of Government

The concept of continuity of government is, there's nothing nefarious about the idea. It's much like these drills that we talk about, planning for something and pa ing and doing drills so that you're better for That's all good. The problem is when the drills line up suspiciously with events that wind up mirroring the drills almost identically. I have no problem with them talking about continuity of government theoretically, or maybe even planning some legal reactions to this. But they're the wrong, it's the wrong people who come up with tus.
