How to Leak Water From Your Eyes When in an Intense Emotional State

Crying is probably the most classic example of emotions. It's a weirdly broad physical response to an emotional state. Some argue that when we cry, we like oxytocin which absorbs into our skin and we become sort of more emotionally open so other people can help us. So I'm one of those people that cries quite easily, so I often describe films as like a seven-cryer or something. But even though it seems like a negative experience, I'll deliberately listen to sad music that makes me cry. What do we know about you alone in that moment? And what do we know why people do that?
