Inclusion in Democracy

Inclusive democracy is a real term that they use, and it uses the exact same trick on the definition of inclusion to achieve its aims. A more true democracy is approached or approximated by being inclusive in democracy. So we have to have for our democracy, say mail in ballots. We can't have voter ID because apparently black people don't know how to get ID. Mm hmm.
