I feel like we can really get into this space of always seeing life from a third person point of view, almost out of our body. And in a way, part of my journey right now is actually trying to dive fully back into the present moment. It's almost like a paradox because you're here so often to live wherever you are being the present moment and that's also something that I think is also ties into breath workBecause it's a nervous system thing where you can relax into this present moment and not be so concerned with the future in the past.
