The History of Imposter Syndrome
I remember like, I think it was like three or four years ago now, I did see a tweet about this about how imposter syndrome isn't real. And then it just started to become like, I feel like it's become a buzzword again. It's really interesting when you dive in the history about basically anything there's always something dark. There's always racism. No, I don't think into it’s always racism. We should just say it's okay to experience self doubt and changes in your self confidence. Maybe there are external things causing that and that's where the work should be directed is outward instead of inward.
