The Denial of Deception in AI

I like that there was a hopeful version of AI sort of taking over, but it gave me an image more of what if AI was not like a person at all. When we had strong AI, but that it was something more like lichens covering a surface that was replicating itself. And so the idea of it having these human qualities at all is seems to me to be off. But then also, I love what you're saying about, look, because of this deception aspect of AI that's actually just a part of it.
