Is That a Psychological Trick?

We're not robots. We don't have this predictable, reliable response on a known time frame to training interventions. And sometimes that can be a good, like, little psychological trick when people are coming back for a fresh start. But what where i think that people might go wrong is like expecting, say, week-to-week performance increases semi linearly, if not actually linearly. If you're de loading that regularly, ye, think about the training year. You're just training less for a substantial portion of the year,. and i would expect less results that way.
