Cole: Why not leverage those types of things and like make your you know put thought into that message I guarantee you will get more responses from it. Jim: What advice would you all give someone who's a little bit maybe shy or not wanting to put themselves out there?Cole: Take that extra little bit of work to be thoughtful and that message can go a long way.
