The T cells were co-expressing a transcription factor that has traditionally been associated with IL-17 production and IL-17 producing T cells in the skin, in the gut, wherever you find them. This was an important discovery because it allowed us to completely restore the oral vaccine response. And now oral vaccine was also restored just by getting rid of that one subset of T-regulatory cells.
