Infrastructure in the North of Ireland

In fairness, there was supposed to be a motorway between Derry and Dublin. What's amazing though is that back in the day, back in the 80s, when roads were shit here, like really crap. And then you crossed the border and all of a sudden you have got class roads. But it hasn't changed since then,. So what has happened in the north, right? There's been so little spending on infrastructure where we've spent a huge amount.
