The Importance of Fear in Sex
A lot of couples when they're, you know, maybe a few years in the marriage and they feel like sex isn't happening as frequently as they like. I love a good romcom too, but it is totally unrealistic. It doesn't show at all the environment that needs to be created for sex. We have jobs, we have kids, pets and different things vying for our attention. If you've had a bad exchange earlier in the day, you're not going to be as inclined to want to just go for it at night.
