The only places in government that i've seen thi happen are these, some of these institutions that i have mentioned before in east belgiu, or in petaluma, or in paris. So they, the way that they do that is they, most of these are not just citizens, but residents. They survey a set number of people, depending on how big they want the citizens assembly to be. And if the people respond, yes, i'd be willing to do it, then they put their name in the hopper. But at that point you have something that looks a little bit more like a random selection.
