platform product managers are a little bit of a rare breed in our industry as a whole. I don't think typically speaking, you see a product manager come from like a non platform or engineering background. The folks that I've seen have the most success are people that have either operated as an engineer previously in their career or were an engineering management. You know, what kinds of people should organizations be looking at recruiting internally, potentially into these types of roles? That's a great question. So I don't love to generalize in this area, but I will because there are certain patterns thatI've seen that are successful.
