Sisyphus is happy because he chooses to fully engage himself in his work. Why not focus all your effort on being engaged in the task you're currently doing? See, to camu, reflection is good. It certainly is a necessary part of life. But there's a point of diminishing returns. And then immerse yourself back into being more fully engaged in the tasks you care about.
