You know, we talk about structuralism, or structural raceism, or these systemic problems like, these are the systems. Those are the structures. I those are the value commitments that were built into the structures a century ago. We had no interest in knowing anything about philippino guazine. We assumed, as a preexisting thought, tat it was inferior. A hundred years later, you still see the ramifications of this imperial dominationf of these farmlands of the philippines.
