Gary Smith: I'm confident that we will have our full and fair opportunity to defend ourselves in court. He says the standards that would allow the SEC to make that request or application simply don't apply in our case. The judge is going to have the final say on how this case proceeds, what claims have merit, what claims do not. So as to how quickly this will all proceed, that is a ultimately decision for the court.

The SEC is showing all of its cards. Gary Gensler doesn't want the crypto industry to exist at all. After yesterday's Binance suit, the SEC is going after Coinbase too.
