The Future of Self Storage
Core is really about the durability of the cash flow. And therefore, something that is very low cap X and very consistent income self storage, manufactured housing, student housing could be core. I do think that this is a way that we've been thinking since the late 90s early 2000s. We always thought core was a beautiful office building. Not what looks like medium scale apartment building but actually one's more core than the other.
