The Importance of Spirituality in Trading

I was on about 100,000 pounds a year at its peak when I worked at City Index. That's 400 pounds a day. But there's a cost to this living cam and this thing. You don't have any social engagement anymore. And so what the whole book is that I kind of went on a bit of a spiritual journey in the sense that I took some time out to think what's going on. We just we play to trade the process as opposed to the outcome.
