Nietzsche's Big Idea, I Want to Be Vital, This Is Not Evil

Nietzsche said that morality is anti-life and we as humans think ourselves as moral. Western man has in his moral supremacy of the world, you see this so much in people. We don't have a clear way of looking at the world that is focused entirely on health and vitality instead of moral crusades which actually leads us to disease.
