Why Do Companies Have Price Wars?
I didn't see it coming, especially not for electric vehicles. So why wouldn't you just keep prices stable and everybody's happy? I mean, one example is you try to run your competitor out of the market. If you actually have lower prices, they can't afford to be at this market anymore. There's actually also law that goes against price dumping. But if you are actually be able to sell something cheaper than somebody else, you can use it to drive them out of themarket. That's an interesting thought when you go about this. Tesla seems to be ringing in the belt for and actively pushing because it feels like they are quite well set up for this.
