Ino: Are there any global treaties in place, or anything that would outlaw or regulate such solar geo engineering? Depends on who you ask. All this is up to interpretation, right? In some sense, the legal profession, unlike the hard sciences, and tof fis economic ists. There e basiy people out there who will make your case for you with the best possible evidence that they can muster on your side of the equation,. And then the other side hires to strike. That's not how science is supposed to be done, right? You're not supposed to want to ut make the best scientific case for one side and then let others figure out the opposing viewpoint.
