We have a really big set of antennas around the world that collect that data and then transmit it onto the waiting engineers. You think about the way the Earth sits with the moon. You've got this spacecraft, the Orion spacecraft heading to the moon at huge speeds. Up to something like 40,000 kilometres an hour. Tiny, tiny spacecraft. Got to track that with this dish, aim it at just the right place at the right time, get that data back.
