How Intelligent Are Flies?
We've mapped their neurological pathways now. There's a hundred thousand neurons, I believe. And they do learn. They did some horrible experiments cutting limbs off to see how they would act. So we're beginning to kind of finally look at and understand their intelligence. But why is it so hard to swat a fly? Not what we should know, because you're only allowed to kill flies for science.
