podcast comes from our coaching community. And we're almost halfway through our fall season, which means our winter season will be creeping up soon. Starting on January 11th, the new year. Learn more and get on our winter season interest list at coachingrewire.com. Whether you've heard about our coaching groups or if you're hearing about them for the first time, you might have some questions about our coaching program. Oh, and if you are new, welcome. Questions like what's group coaching all about anyway are groups like this really good idea for people with ADHD. Yes. And how can coaching help benefit me and my ADHD management? And we are going to answer all of those questions. But first things first, if you're on your phone or maybe at your computer, open up your calendar and go to Tuesday, November 14th. That's Tuesday, November 14th, because that's when our next monthly live Q&A is for the podcast. And we're doing it at 1030 AM Pacific, 1.30 PM Eastern and add it to your calendar and set it to repeat every second Tuesday of the month. And what does that have to do with our coaching groups? Because this next week on Tuesday, November 14th, right after our monthly live Q&A, we'll be holding our winter registration kickoff event to get your coaching group questions answered. We'll help you start your career registration process to get signed up. For all things ADHD-remired coaching, go to coachingrewire.com. That's coachingrewire.com to get your name added to our winter interest list. So you can get reminders about our winter kickoff event next week on Tuesday, November 14th, right after our monthly live Q&A. Start your new year by starting with the new and with other adults with ADHD, you just get it. What I've accomplished in 10 weeks, I didn't do it alone. I did it with all of you. I did it with my 18. It's one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it is the result so far. For me, I've been really positive in the sense that I do believe that I can live

without fear. My biggest takeaway was realizing my boundaries are incredibly misaligned and I haven't been living the life I want to live. You realize that like trying to find better tools isn't really just the only solution. It's finding a community, finding people and finding support and learning how to ask for help and learning how to give help better. I think it really helps make a difference. The thing that I learned was I have a place in this world. Everyone in the group who's talked about their issue, we all then become invested in wanting to see them grow. And by proxy wanting to see ourselves grow. If you're thinking about joining this group, do it. If you're stuck and you know you need that extra push to help meet your goals, but don't know where to start, start here. So if you're thinking about doing this group, go for it. Check out

we are back. We're talking about some of the writing process, the sort of the merry-go-round of systems that come in and out of our lives every couple of months. So much to I think it's about we could either look at something like that and say, it's so frustrating. Every three to six months, actually, my system. Or it's like, oh, every six months. I have to change my system. It's a built-in, what I call it's overhead, right? It's built-in overhead. You know, people in business, they have overhead. They have to turn on the power, the air conditioning. They need to rent the building or the storefront. It's overhead. So for me, in my business, the overhead is me figuring out what the new system is. So, you know, a little bit, I have to budget that 8% of my time, you know, over a year to figure out the new systems. And that's my, that's my heating and electricity. That's what I've had. Yeah, it's funny with that with calendars, I really try to maintain like just my calendar is my calendar. It's my calendar. Just like the tool, the calendar tool is the calendar tool. I try not to touch that. Because that's the question about that. Yeah. This is my, like, I even wrote a book about this. I literally wrote a book because we were talking again before we got on that when I was a starving writer, I worked for Talon Agents.
