The Clarity of Scripture for the Unbeliever

The clarity of scripture is a doctrine, and this is one of the important ses of that doctrine, a for the lay person. You don't have to filter it through some pastor or some theological book, or system o theology or the early christian fathers to get the right view. And so using the normal tools of interpretation, grammar and context, and an humble willingness to learn from god spirit, it's all understandable. The reading of the new testament without the pastor being necessary. But paul is saying to the believers, and not to certain believers, to the believersu can read, and when you read, you can understand.
