The housing sector just totally blew up and it wrecked people's careers. I don't think interest rates going up a hundred or 200 bips is going to matter to the home building. You have huge demographic movements. People are leaving high tax states, going to low tax, or leaving s an their going to suburbs. And some one has to build the homes where these people go to.
