Wellsa: I agree with everything you're saying, except for the fact that the bat man is sure not impotent. He didn't call himself the bat man, first of all. Riht, he calls himself vengeance, which i guess is a comic thing as ot a ye ga kind of corney. In one way, i think this is the origin story for lec. The move, in my reading of the movie, is he kind of really becomes the bad man at the end. It's very god. So he basically, what i love about that is, i think the whole fillum is the failure of bat man.
