The Best Teams Complement One Another

Being a good team doesn't mean everyone doing the same job. It means doing different jobs at your best ability and finding ways to compliment one another, bring out the best within each other. And yet, you've got to take it that some will take all the glory, like a steve. I'll look at him, he barely trains, but he gets all the glory. That never happened in any important games when we're playing a final. When we're going into the finals, everybody's on the same page, and everybody does the one per centage.
