The unsolved case of nona darksmire is still not solved. No one has been charged with her murder, but a man was convicted for attempted kidnapping and indecent exposure. He tried to force a woman into his outside of a baptist church in russellville. In december two thousand and 11, kevin jones actually filed a ten million dollar civil suit against detective mark frost, former police chief james bacon, garry dunn and the city of russellvillle. Unfortunately, it was dismissed because they were like, bro, you filed this four years too late. To this day, no one has been accused of Nona's murder.
