Housing Crisis in the U.K.A.

The U.S. has a housing crisis, but so does the u.K., says CNN's John Sutter. The problem is caused by gigantic institutional investors buying up every single family home in America and keeping it going up. But because that's the model of where everyone’s at, prices just need to keep going up - which means interest rates will go up as well. And we essentially have gone through that particular contradiction once interest rates started going up,. said Sutter.
