Most of the steps that we want to take are too big for our nervous system. "Micro yeses break the loop" can be as simple as if you're sitting on the couch with your feet going one way, shift your orientation on the couch. If you have a glass of ice water in front of you while you're quote procrastinating, take the ice and shove it down the back of your shirt because cold will help your system.
