I love that audiologists make themselves vulnerable in terms of letting the person with hearing loss really drive the discussion. And I always say, you know, treat everyone with respect because you don't know what they're going through and what it took that patient maybe to pick up that phone and muster up the confidence to schedule that appointment. You talk a lot about that in here and beyond. The quotes throughout the book are sort of a reminder of, you got this, you're okay.
