What Kind of Disclosure Is the Right Kind?

I think about this too in the sense that how do what what kind of disclosure is the right kind I know that's a very I'm kind of simplifying that quite a bit so recognize that but but and it doesn't have to be binary in any way as well. What personal disclosure is required for us to to feel like we're moving ourselves forward what public level disclosure is required to move our world forward where do those two intersect and does one have to come before the other?
