It's literally like almond flour or meal sugar and egg white I mean when I started testing recipe testing like the easiest version to make I was like oh wow this is actually so much more simple than I thought. The texture is so much improved it's like you know play-doh versus like pebbles outside like it's like a supple moldable squishy tender from the egg white. You now get this like yummy kind of rope of marzipan running through the core of the cake which is like the best surpriseOh my god even just I'm like that sounds good I'd like some of that right now.
