The Obama Administration's Definition of Trafficking

CNN's John Sutter talks to Joel Best, a sociologist who studies contemporary urban legends. He says the Obama administration has widened the definition of trafficking in an effort to make it easier for people to report human trafficking. But he warns that this could backfire on them if they don't take action now.
