The Importance of Off Season Approaches
Don't diet. Listen to ourselves away from the trauma and let's work on your goal, but in a different way. One of the things that I like to see with my athletes who struggle with this is an extended off season where they don't track too. A good challenge or it's not like the intervention, but it's a measuring stick like it tells me where they're at.
