Graduate Programs - You're on 75k, You've Got a Promotion

If you've got a promotion coming up and they're actually wanting you to take the promotion out of you. You're in the grad program. Great. Go for it. But I'm sensing and again, tough love. I feel as a little bit of entitlement sneaking in here. If you're fresh out of uni, you've just finished your degree, you're on 75k, you've gota promotion lined up. That's a pretty good career trajectory straight out ofUni. Because they didn't have to give you the promotion. Exactly. They've chosen you for whatever reason. So yeah, and this is the thing like we don't know the whole story. There
